I have been married for 45 years to my wife Sherry. We are the parents of 4 grown children and grandparents of 6. For the past 40 years I have been a pastor in the Reformed Church of America serving 4 different different churches in Ohio, New York and New Jersey.
I like to think of myself as a creative writer, a story teller, a sermonizer, a singer/song writer, and occasional poet. Whether, I live up to my self-billing, I will let you be the judge.
If I were to characterize my life, it has been one filled with wonder – wonder at the goodness of God’s creation, wonder at God’s grace in my own life, and wonder at the life stories and experiences that I have been privileged to share with the people in my congregations.
In these pages I invite you to share my wonderment.
